This website provides information about the Foundation and its events only. It does not provide online registration forms, accounts, ticketing interfaces or payment processing.
Technical information and hosting
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. The hosting service may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare's Privacy Policy describes how Cloudflare handles personal information in connection with its services, including information associated with end users of those services. The policy explains that it does not replace privacy notices for customer websites.
Email enquiries
If you choose to email the Foundation, personal information in your email, such as your address, name, message or attachments, is processed so the Foundation can respond and manage related correspondence. The email providers involved in sending, routing and hosting a message may also process its content and delivery information under their own privacy notices. The Foundation enquiry address uses Outlook.com; see the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Please do not send diagnoses, counselling records or unnecessary sensitive health information by email.

Requests about personal information
Where applicable under legal requirements, you may request access to or correction of personal information, object to its processing, or request its deletion. Requests can be sent to the Foundation by email and will be considered subject to applicable legal requirements.
